Provide daily operation, supervision and maintenance of the Pearsall ISD swimming pool.

Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED)

Lifeguard Certification

CPR Certification

Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Swimming Pool Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our swimming facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Swimming Pool Supervisor must be present at all times when the pool is in operation to provide supervision, ensure proper procedures are followed, and respond to any emergencies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all pool activities and staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.

• Be present at all times when the pool is in operation.

• Enforce all safety protocols, facility rules, and emergency procedures.

• Monitor water quality and coordinate necessary maintenance and chemical treatments.

• Train, schedule, and oversee lifeguards and pool staff to ensure proper coverage.

• Respond to emergencies, provide first aid/CPR when needed, and document incidents.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

• Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lifeguard, pool operator, or similar supervisory role.

• Current lifeguard, CPR, and first aid certifications (as required by local regulations).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water treatment procedures.

• Ability to remain alert and responsive in emergency situations.

Schedule & Availability:

• Must be available to be on-site at all times during pool operation hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
