Other Job Duties as Assigned:

- Assist school administrators and office staff with tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and answering phones.
- Help organize and distribute school communications, newsletters, and other materials as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by school administrators, department supervisors, teachers, or staff members.
- Adapt to changing needs and priorities within the school environment to provide effective support.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment as a student at Pearsall ISD.
- 16 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, directors, administrators, teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and educational technology preferred.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
